Return & Refund Policy – KIDZAURA

At KIDZAURA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy (7 Days)

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be shared on WhatsApp with order number and product pictures.

Refund Policy (7 Days)

  • Refund is only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered.
  • If the product reaches the customer in perfect condition, no refund will be issued.
  • In such cases, the customer can only request an exchange, not a refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after product inspection.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed if:
    Product size/design issue
    Customer wants to replace with another item of same or equal value
  • Exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer, unless the issue is from our side.

Important Notes

  • Courier charges are non-refundable.
  • Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
  • KIDZAURA reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
